That’s not good. It could be an unsupported device or operating system. It could also be an unstable Internet connection. Try these solutions first:
- Check your internet speed and connection status.
- See that your device and operating system are supported. Refer to Q.11 for a list of supported devices.
- Try uninstalling (this hurts us too) and installing sooka again. Then try to play the content again.
- Check that the content you want to play is part of your subscription.
- Make sure you are not connected to a VPN ‘cos sooka won’t run with it on.
- Clear your web or app’s cache.
- Make sure your browser or app is the latest version.
- Try logging out and logging in again.
