It happens. Set a new password with the steps below:

1. Click on “Forgot Password” on the login or sign-up screen
2. Enter your account ID (phone number OR email address)
3. Enter the OTP sent to you
4. Set your new password. Sorted!

 

If you sign up/ register to sooka with your Google ID or Apple ID or Facebook, please use your social login to log into sooka. You will not be able to perform the forget/reset passwords via sooka. Please return to your social account to perform such action.
